    This was my second time to Pia s and I requested the same gal that I had the first time, who was Angelica. She is very nice and made me feel comfortable. I admire the cleanliness and soothing atmosphere of Pia s and cannot wait to try out the other services, specifically, a facial and a massage.

    Great cutomer service in getting a spa package for my wife for mothers day. Great follow up by sending out a survey, Shows you care about how you are doing. We live in Orlando but have used the one on Bay to Bay. I know I will keep getting the wife pampered from you....

    I don t remember her name, but she was funny, open, made me feel welcome and did an awesome job on my eyebrows last Saturday morning! Everything was on time and everyone was very friendly. And I have always been nervous about getting my eyebrows done because I never wanted too much taken off - but it was not a concern! They look great and I feel awesome! She listened to what I wanted and did a great job! Thank you!

    It was perfect my experience there last time. I am client for one year , and it has been wonderfull since the beginning.     As usual, I had an excellent experience with Nayla. She is very sweet yet efficient. I never feel rushed. She is very thorough and detail oriented. I trust her and appreciate the pride that she takes in doing her job so well! I am a wax client with her, but I am also going to try out a facial and I am very excited to have that experience with her! Also I got to meet Pia and she was also very sweet! I asked her some skin care questions and she was very patient to explain everything to me. I love my Pia experience every time! :)

    PAOLA rocks!!... what can I say.. I go in tired, stressed, and even sometimes grumpy! She always makes me relax .. laugh.. and I come out with beautiful nails & toes and feeling fabulous !!!

I LOVE all your changes, not the least of which being the new location, has taken a wonderful place/exerience and taken it to new levels of pure bliss! After my surgery and painful recovery I was very hesitant to receive services. As you can imagine, I am sensitive and nervous about my body and skin. There have been so many changes of my own and not all of them have been as beautiful as yours. I knew you would be great, but was not prepared for the happy surprise of your expertise. Your touch was healing and gave me the comfort and CONFIDENCE I needed. Additionally, I walked away feeling beautiful and SEXY. I can t tell you how long it s been since I felt that way. Thank you doesn t say it enough. Your staff is so accomidating and comforting. I will be telling all of my friends who ve also had to endure breast cancer surgery and treatment to come to you when they are ready to be pampered. You created a safe haven for me and my peers. And it s also a magical fairyland experience that transforms ugly ducklings (or at least those of feel that way) into gracefu happy swans! Thank you Pia. You continue to be the best!!

    Ericca is fantastic! I got there a little early and she took me right away. She s always very pleasant and makes it a good experience. I love her because she s quick yet very detailed, which I appreciate because if I m paying for a wax, I don t want to go home and have to finish the job myself. Ericca is THE BEST!!!

    my first visit will surely not be my last. After recommendations to go from friends, I took my first trip to Pia to get eyebrow shaping. Goshia and the receptionist were very kind. The place is adorable and smells amazing! Parking was pretty scarce, but well worth it. My eyebrows were done in under 10 minutes. Fastest ever! I ll probably come during a lunch break next time, and my eyebrows look great! Perfect shape for my face and immaculate. Totally recommend. Can t wait to try other services!

    It was a great experience! From the receptionists welcome through the entire waxing experience. My Esthetician was professional, friendly, and very very good at her waxing. I had full leg, sexy bikini and was in and out in a little over one hour. I will be back and recomend many friends and family. Thank You again!

    I have coming toP PIA for several months for eyelash tinting with Gosia. I have always been ecxeptionally pleased Gosia and her service. - have also found interaction with Vanessa and Andrea to be very pleasant and feel that they are a great asset to the Pia team!     On Friday, April 11, my best friend visiting from DC and I went to the South Tampa location. Jen had asked me to see if I could get a waxing appointment for her, and after some internet searching I had chosen Pia s Esthetics. I live in Land O Lakes but we wanted someplace down in Tampa for the day. I am glad we chose Pia s. Jen regularly gets bare bikini waxing done at a day spa in DC, and she said this esthetician was the best she s ever encountered, bar none. (Jen said she thought her name was Kathleen, but I thought it was Michelle, so you may have to look up which one it was to know for sure.) I, being much more of a wimp, only had my eyebrows done. I like having my brows done but had not found anyone to do them correctly since I moved down from DC. I don t like them too thin, especially on the outer portion of the eyebrow. She shaped them PERFECTLY. I feel like one of those perfectly groomed movie stars today! Next time when Jen has a little more notice of her visit, we re going to schedule a full spa experience. I am also going to regularly visit the Westchase location closer to my home for maintenance of my new look. Thanks for a great experience!

    Alena was my therapist and she was WONDERFUL!!! I have had many massage experiences in my life and she was hands down the best. I would definitely come in again for her services. I actually called after my appointment to let the management know how much I enjoyed the experience (which i never do). I will tell everyone I know!

    This was my 2nd visit to the salon and I was very satisfied with the waxing services provided by Anna (BOTH VISITS) as well as the overall service and treatment I received as soon as I walked in the door! My last experience with a Brazilian wax, not at Pia s, was NOT GOOD and I was a bit anxious about getting another one. Anna made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She did a great job with minimal discomfort. I ll be back...
