Excellent excellent excellent. She is the reason I will keep coming back and recommending Pia. She puts me at ease, keeps conversation flowing, and does excellent work. My most recent visit she asked if a trainee could come in and observe ( I was having a completely bare) and she did a wonderful job of training, explaining, and still kept me comfortable and at ease.

Ana is the best Aesthetician I have ever experienced. She is highly professional and efficient. I feel very comfortable and even though waxing is never a pleasant experience, the results are always beautiful! The process is handled quickly and with minimal pain. My experience at Pia's Spa in St Pete is always excellent! When I walk in the front door I am greeted by a smiling face, the spa is clean and well kept, and my appointment is always on time. The esthetician does a wonderful job with my wax. She is so thorough and quick and always finds a way to make me feel comfortable! She cares about her clients and wants to provide the best possible service every time. I would recommend Pia's in St Pete to anyone! They are the best!

I had a great experience, the tech I had was awesome!! The customer service was everything id ask for!! Only thing I'd say is to offer a cover towel to clients when they're waiting for the tech to come in the room for bikini wax's. Besides that, awesome!!

I have been going to the St Petersburg location for sometime now. My regualar esthetician is out on maternity leave and another esthetician took care of me. It does not matter who you go and see at Pia's, the staff makes you feel so incredibility comfortable as if you have been friends with them for a lifetime. The entire staff is very professional, polite, and accomodating.

The esthetician I see at Pia Esthetics West Chase is the sweetest person I have come across so far at this location! She has always been incredibly professional and aware of my needs. She goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and taken care of. She continually proves that she knows what she is doing and is great at it! I am from Brazil and have gotten waxed for over 15 years now and I know when someone is good (or not so good). I can tell you that she is great!!

I normally come in for facials or massages but I have never had my nails done at Pia's and I thought I would try it out since my husband got me a package gift certificate for my first Mothers day. I made my appt with Jessica for a Pedicure and she was so sweet and making sure my toes were they way I wanted them and the tempeture of everything was perfect for my needs! I will def be back. I actually just recieved a coupon for my birthday that I did not see before my appt but that's ok just gives me another reason to come back and get something else done. The staff is always so nice and professional. I will be back, actually I'm about to schedule another pedicure and a Manicure with Jessica. Keep up the good work guys!

I have visited both the South Tampa and West Chase locations now and I found the atmosphere at West Chase to be very relaxing! I was greeted immediately when I arrived, was offered a drink and the esthetician I scheduled my appointment with was paged right away. I had time to fill out the forms given to me and then the esthetician appeared to take me back to her treatment room. My services included an eyebrow shaping, chin and brazilian wax (my first in several years). The esthetician was efficient, thorough, and as gentle as she could be considering the procedures being performed. The fact that the paper panties fit was so perfectly was great. I'm looking forward to coming back in a few weeks for a maintenance wax!

Although I can't remember the name of the lady who did my waxing, she was wonderful! I got the completely bare wax and it hurt (esp. since it was my first time). The receptionist and everyone there was warm and friendly and the place was very clean. There was no double-dipping either. I will be going here from now on and I highly recommend investing in their no-scream cream since the bikini area is very sensitive. I had a wonderful experience overall and would highly recommend this place to all of my friends/family and anyone in need of waxing.

My overall experience was amazing!! I don't use that word often but that's how I would describe my experience. The nail tech was very thorough and she made sure I was happy with the way my nails looked. They are beautiful!! As for my massage, it was the best massage I have ever received!! He hit all my pressure points and was so gentle. It was a wonderful day at the spa!! Thank you so much!!

Wow, what a great time I had at Pia's Spa in West Chase! I just moved to West Park Village a week and a half ago. The girls at Pia's are wonderful! I was so happy and pleased with my therapist's work and bedside manner that I scheduled another appointment with her before I left the spa. A common complaint that I have after getting a completely bare wax is that there are stray hairs left behind or sometimes wax residue left. I have NONE of those complaints to make about my technician! She was extremely thorough, made it as painless as possible, and I had no wax reside left. I just moved back to Orlando and am pleased to say that I have found my new Esthetician! Thank you again! It is so comforting to know I have a good person to go to for this. It always sucks to have to find a new place for a wax but PIA made it easy!

Pia Winter Park is amazing! My technician is quick and gets things done. She is super sweet and caring which makes you extremely comfortable. Waxing can be a daunting task but she makes you feel so relaxed and the experience not awkward. I recommend PIA to anyone and everyone getting waxed because they are just that good! Love them and I'm not planning on going anywhere else.

I just wanted to comment on how THRILLED I am as a new client at Pia's! All I wanted for my birthday this year was a day at Pia's for some long-overdue pampering as a "gift to myself", however, my job was unable to give me enough notice to take time off and to get an appointment on such short notice. Instead, my daughter took me to a nail salon in Lakeland for what we thought would be Mother/Daughter pedicures that day (although after the initial soak, I never saw her again until time to leave), and it ended up being a VERY traumatic experience, as I ultimately had fungus growing – only mere days later - under several of my nails. I couldn't even complain during OR after the visit because none of them spoke English well enough to understand my concerns or request for what I even wanted done that day. I called Pia's back anyway hoping for a chance to just "get in the door" that week, and they were kind enough to fit me in the very next night to take a look at the affected nails, and, although I was unable to have the nails completely repaired and covered with polish yet – I opted for a facial that night, and OH MY! it was exactly what I needed! I let my esthetician choose which facial was best for me, and she knew exactly which was the most suitable service for me from their vast "menu." It was pure heaven, and I left feeling SO relaxed and distressed after a long day at work. I could hardly wait to come again and made my next appointment before I left! A week finally passed, and I anxiously returned for my first gel polish on my fingers, a REAL pedicure this time (with an added paraffin treatment), and polish to my toes. Again, I left the polish color choices up to the tech who chose absolutely perfectly after explaining my job in a law office and the need to be a little conservative on the hands. Everyone at work LOVED the colors as much as I do! Overall, I have been overjoyed with each and every service I've tried so far, and all of Pia's staff are some of the nicest and most thoughtful I've ever encountered in a spa or salon. They make each of their clients feel uniquely special, they listen carefully to all of your needs and any concerns you might have, no one is ever rushed out the door, and they go out of their way to make your visit a genuinely pleasant experience – no matter what you are having done. I am afraid to admit I'm hooked and I can hardly wait for my next visit and to try their many other services too!

I returned to Pias esthetics for a waxing after being away for 5 years. I went to a different salon and my experience was ok. Then I discovered that Pia's esthetics had a St. Pete location. I booked my next waxing and what a difference. The staff is very friendly and very professional. They are quick and very knowledgeable. I have recommended all my friends to Pia's. I will not go to another salon ever again. The best part, there are a few locations to choose from.

I came to Pia's to have my underarms waxed. The experience was great! The waxing was so quick it was painless. She could tell my skin is sensitive and gave me instructions on how to take care of sensitive skin in terms of exfoliating. I noticed no red bumps afterwords. My skin looks so pretty and smooth!
