When I arrived at Pia, I was warmly greeted by two ladies at the front desk. I walked around looking at all of the lovely products and before I knew it, I was taken upstairs for my treatment. On a scale of 1-10 (10 being the most painful), I would say that my waxing was about a 3 compared to my prior Spa, which was a strong 8. Not to mention the great job that was done.
