My eyebrows are naturally uneven and have little to no arch. I was really impressed with her notice to detail and left Pia's with even eyebrows and definitely the most love shape I've ever had (and I have done waxing and threading in the past). I would have loved a higher arch, but she discussed in detail with me the shape of my brows just wouldn't allow it. I appreciated her honesty and she really was an absolute expert about eyebrows. Your reservationist was friendly and inquired as to whether or not I had previous experience with waxing which I explained that I had not had except for eyebrows. She asked me a couple of questions in order to make sure that I was (shall we say grown out enough) to be waxed then explained in general what to expect and what to wear in order to be most comfortable afterward. She was courteous and thorough and I was confident in booking the appointment.

Not only was the service not as painful as I had expected it was not at all embarrassing. The fact of the matter is that I am a woman of a certain age and the thought of a younger woman seeing such a private area was a little intimidating but she made me feel more of a contemporary rather than her mother.
I have already told a few of my closest friends about my experience and highly recommend your spa. I have my next appointment booked and plan to continue. My only regret is that I waited this long to make my first visit.”

I had only driven by the Pia in South Tampa and just moved to St. Pete, but didn't know about their St. Pete location. I had a great and easy experience changing and rearranging my appointments from South Tampa to St. Pete, and the front desk receptionists at both locations were very nice. I was immediately served hot tea upon arrival and felt very comfortable in the small spa. I had never had a Brazilian before, so I was very nervous and unsure of what to expect - other than pain. My technician was extremely nice and comforting, as well as did a fantastic job!! There were only two times it really hurt and after more than 2 weeks I am really happy with the hair growth. I will definitely be coming back for more waxing! I then got a spa pedicure that was absolutely amazing and relaxing... I actually fell asleep while inverted in a plush chair with warm booties on. The technician for both my fingers and toes was amazing as well and very pleasant to have a conversation with. Great all around and definitely my new spa!”
