The girl who did my wax (I can't remember how to pronounce her name) but she was so nice and very funny. She made me feel comfortable while she was performing my wax, answered all my questions, and gave me good advice. I especially liked at the end that she asked me to look over it and make sure I liked it. That made me feel like she really cared about the service she gave me. I loved the shop, it was adorable. I had called around noon to see if there were any appointments available with Nayla and they told me Nayla was off that day. I really needed to go to the salon today since I wouldn't have any time during the week except for Monday so I asked the Ericca if there were any available appointments today for waxing. She said she could accomodate me at 4pm so I booked the appt with her. I arrived early at 3:15pm and brought my work with me so I could finish while I waited. I did this because I wasn't comfortable with word of mouth locally, but had read numerous glowing reviews about Pia. It was SO WORTH the drive! Nayla was awesome! Friendly and talkative yet professional; super-fast and efficient yet careful and thorough--the absolute PERFECT combination required for an ideal waxing of this nature. She's genuine and friendly, and I barely paid attention to the obvious discomfort that comes with such in-depth waxing because I was too busy talking and having what felt like a pleasant conversation with a friend. The methods used in the waxing were so much better than what I am used to, as well! This was not only quicker and less painful, but it felt smoother and cleaner. Altogether a wonderful experience and I will most definitely be returning, happily making the drive, for my next waxing. PS: I had been a little concerned about the lengthy drive home post-waxing due to expected discomfort but it was no problem! I didn't even feel anything aftewards. I am THRILLED with my experience at Pia and with Nayla and will recommend Pia to any woman without hesitation :)”
