Hello beautiful clients,
At this moment we don't have a clear date of when our industry will be allowed to reopen. Our online book is open starting on June 1st, but remember that this date is subject to change.
Here are some updates for what's happening so far:
- At every Pia Day Spa location, in addition to our already sanitary protocols, we will be implementing further safety measures and complying with all CDC and Health department requirements to provide the safest environment to our clients and staff. We will be requiring every staff member to use a face mask and face shields. Additionally, we are requiring all our clients to wear a face mask to receive their services. We are living by the motto: “I protect you, you protect me.”
- We are also rearranging the spa to comply with the 6-feet distancing guidelines inside the spa and reducing the crowds in the waiting area and service areas. Please note that only the client who is receiving the service will be allowed in the spa. No children or companions are allowed to stay in the waiting areas until further notice. Our full staff operations will be limited for the time being.
- We are encouraging online booking as well as handsfree checkouts by using the CC info saved in your online profile.
Next time you come to visit our locations you may encounter some changes, but the quality provided and the love and care will be the same.
