I had called around noon to see if there were any appointments available with Nayla and they told me Nayla was off that day. I really needed to go to the salon today since I wouldn't have any time during the week except for Monday so I asked the Ericca if there were any available appointments today for waxing. She said she could accomodate me at 4pm so I booked the appt with her. I arrived early at 3:15pm and brought my work with me so I could finish while I waited. Nayla was awesome! I felt scared and insecure and all those silly annoying feelings. Nayla was very professional, kind and patient with me. She explained everything step by step. I was never surprised by any discomfort. She was also very personable, which was nice being as though she was dealing with my private area. I don't think I'd be able to go through with that pain again if it weren't for your wonderful, patient, professional and caring staff. I will recommend everyone I know to Pia's.
