I had the Fiji Bar Pedicure and it was wonderful! Other places I have been for pedicures, the technician talks a lot. Personally, when I have a service performed, it's my time to unwind. In my experiences with the 2 technicians I have had at Pia's, both were respectful of my silence which I appreciated. The front desk service as well has been very accommodating and friendly. When I email to ask for an appointment, their responses are quick and always friendly. And the atmosphere at Pia as soon as I walk in is pleasant. My Therapist was just fabulous. The Massage had been given to me as a gift last Christmas. I actually had to call because I was stuck in traffic and was only going to be there on time, not 15 minutes early as was suggested. The staff was extremely friendly and pushed my appt back 15 minutes so i could get there without feeling rushed. I was so appreciative. Once there, they offered me every comfort. It was such a relaxing environment, totally focused on me. She was a dream of a massage therapist. It had been years since I have had one, but she knew where the problem areas were, and focused on totally relaxing them. i would definitely come back again and ask for her specifically. I like that your place of business was both cozy and clean. My waxing person was great: friendly and efficent. The room that I had my waxing was very nice. I liked the bed/table that you have to lie down (and was clean too!). the music was nice and helped me stay relaxed. Great job on the brows. Normally I get very red and break out after a brow job but this was not the case this time around. AND on a plus side even my mom liked my eyebrows after I got them done. This is a HUGE plus as my mom is my biggest CRITIC.
