“ I've been going to Pia on Bay to Bay for waxing for close to 2 years now, and Sol was by far the best appointment yet. I typically get ingrown hairs, and she took the time to tweeze/extract them. She was also very "quick" with the wax strips, so this was the least uncomfortable wax I've ever had. She was very kind and professional, and made me feel very comfortable, despite the fact that this was my first appointment with her, for this type of service. A+ for Sol!

I have to say though, I'm getting very frustrated with Pia spa, as a whole. I've been going to that location for under 2 years, and Sol is the 6th waxing technician I've seen....not because of personal preference, but because of an incredibly high turnover rate of your technicians. I understand that Sol is not leaving, but just moving to another location, so I'm going to consider just changing locations. But all of the other people I have gone to, all ended up leaving. I guess that's out of your control, to some extent, but it does make things inconvenient. I prefer to go to the same hairstylist, manicurist, aesthetician, waxer, etc. You get to know people, and they get to know your individual preferences. It's frustrating to have to start over every other month or so. You do need better retention. ”

Friday was the first time I used a different technician for waxing and had a great experience. I do not like trying new people but Friday's experience was phenomenal. This technician has been at the studio for a long time but what I loved about her is took the time to realize exactly what I was looking for. One of my favorite things about PIA is the staff has always done that with every appointment and I feel that's crucial to keeping your clients.
The new lady at the front desk definitely is trying to be just like Jasmine who will be dearly missed however I think you have a great candidate in place. She cares about the facility and definitely has great customer service skills!

“ My experience started off surprisingly wonderful with the receptionist putting me at ease in offering me a drink. Then she chimed in about the Polish I was selecting. She was very nice and friendly and not at all stuffy.
Then it was time to get my nails done, she made sure that I was satisfied with my nails before she moved on. She wasn't trying to rush, and went back to make sure they were perfect, as well as fully dry. The best experience by far was the Fiji pedicure, which I wish I could get every day. It was a feeling of having someone come to my Hawaiian "home" and I'm looking out at all the tropical plants as I'm getting pampered. It did not feel like a stuffy mani-pedi's where they're trying to get you in and out so they can make more money. It was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep from the warm boots and neck holder! This never happens, ever!
