How this works?
Slect your item and go to checkout. Select Email or Text Message delivery from dropdown.
Add the ONLY recipient’s name on Ship to Name Field.
Please DO NOT add your name on the "SHIP to Name" field. This will only delay the process if you need to change it to the actual recipient later.
Email recipient can be notified about the email delivery via text.

If our email is taking longer than you expected, make sure to check your SPAM folder. In 99.9% of the cases this is the cause of the delay and make sure the email you provided is correct.

Emailed Gift Certificate will contain an unique serial number.
For security reasons the serial number is linked to the recipient’s name.

However, there are some restrictions if:
The gift certificate was purchased during a special promotion or with a discount.
Gift certificate was obtained from a charity or auction, or in general, any gift certificate donated by Pia Esthetics.

You will be responsible to cover the difference if the services you select are more expensive.
  • Gift Certificates are redeemable at any of our locations unless otherwise specified.
  • Gift certificates cannot be used to buy or redeem offers, discounts or promotions - no exceptions.
  • Certificates cannot be exchanged in whole or part for cash.
  • Gift Certificates are not refundable and has no cash value.
  • Pia Esthetics is not responsible for lost or misdirected gift certificates.
  • No shows and late cancellations for appointments using gift certificates have the same rules as regular appointments. Scheduling, Cancellations, No Shows
  • If a specified service is no longer available by the time the gift certificate is redeemed, the gift certificate can be redeemed for service of similar value.
  • If a purchase exceeds the amount listed on the gift certificate, the redeemer is responsible for paying the difference at checkout.
  • For security purposes, the redeemer may be required to show valid ID before he or she can redeem the gift certificate.
  • While we try to keep everything current, Pia Esthetics is not responsible for errors in pricing on this web site - we will not honor pricing errors
The process is very simple: Shop this site like you would any other e-store.

We will send your certificate the next business day by USPS (Priority or Express).
If you have any questions or want to but a gift certificate by phone, please contact us.
Gift certificates are shipped normally between 1 to 2 business days via Priority USPS mail.
When you require Express Mail, we ship it either the same day or the next day depending on the time the order was placed.

We always try our best to get your certificate on time, but we are not responsible for lost or late gift certificates due to the mail service.
We will re-issue a new gift certificate ( and void the old one) only if it was lost in the mail.
No problem. We keep all of our certificates in our computer system. You will need a valid I.D. to redeem the certificate.

Yes! You can use Pia Esthetics Gift Certificates at any location unless the gift certificate indicates otherwise.
