What is the typical gratuity amount and is it included in packages?

When it comes to showing appreciation for exceptional service at Pia Esthetics Day Spa, many of our clients often ask about gratuity. While it's completely optional, if you're delighted with the service and wish to leave a tip, most clients choose to tip between 10 - 20%, similar to restaurant tipping standards. It's a wonderful way to say 'thank you' to our dedicated staff who work tirelessly to ensure you have a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
