At Pia Esthetics Day Spa, we want everyone to be able to use our website and online services, including people with disabilities. We treat accessibility as continuing work and include it in design, development, content and testing.

Our commitment

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We use these guidelines to make content more perceivable, operable, understandable and compatible with assistive technology.

Accessibility measures

We work to provide:

  • text alternatives for meaningful images
  • keyboard-operable navigation, menus, forms and dialogs
  • visible keyboard focus and no keyboard traps
  • programmatic labels and instructions for form fields
  • sufficient text and interface contrast
  • a Skip to main content link
  • support for reduced-motion preferences
  • headings, landmarks and page titles that describe content and structure
  • accessible validation messages and status updates

Known limitations

We continue to review older blog content, third-party booking and payment services, maps, translation tools, dynamically generated ratings and the online shop and checkout. Some third-party content is not fully controlled by Pia. We work with providers and offer direct assistance when a barrier prevents access.

Need help or found a barrier?

If you cannot access any part of the website, tell us what page or feature caused the problem and what you were trying to do. If possible, include the page address, browser and assistive technology you used. We will make a reasonable effort to provide the information, booking assistance or service through an accessible method and investigate the barrier.
