Do your gift cards expire?

Never. Your gift card holds its full value for as long as it takes, and we are always glad to see it come through the door, whether that is next week or five years from now. There is no deadline and no pressure, and nobody here will ever make someone feel awkward about redeeming an old one.
One small thing worth knowing. If your gift card was bought for a specific service, that service price is locked in for one year from the purchase date. After that year, the card keeps every dollar of its original value, and if our price for that service has gone up in the meantime, the difference is simply paid at the appointment. Nothing is lost, ever.
