Domestic Shipping Policy:

  • Processing Time: We aim to get your goodies on their way within 2-3 business days. Remember, we don't ship on weekends or holidays.
  • High Volume Delays: Sometimes, things get busy! If there's a delay, we'll be sure to let you know via email or phone.

Estimated Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Priority Mail Express: Overnight delivery at $26.35.
  • Priority Mail: 1 - 3 business days for $7.50.
  • Priority Mail Flat Rate: 1 - 3 business days at $8.30.
  • Priority Mail Regional Rate: 1 - 3 business days for $9.98.
  • First Class Package Service: 1 - 3 business days at just $3.80.
  • Parcel Select: 2 - 8 business days, cost varies.
  • USPS Retail Ground: 2 - 8 business days for $7.50.

Special Shipping Notes:

  • P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: Currently, we're unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • International Orders: At this time, we're focusing on lighting up the US and don't ship internationally.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number becomes active within 24 hours, so you can easily keep an eye on your package's journey.

Damages:

  • In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, we recommend contacting the shipment carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as they might be needed for the process.

Returns Policy:

  • Our Return & Refund Policy is detailed and user-friendly, ensuring you have a hassle-free experience with options and procedures for returning your order.
