Scheduling staff and therapist went out of their way to book a same day 90-minute appointment for me. Originally having no obvious time slots for that long available on the schedule, they called me back twice with viable solutions. I was pleased with service and the Massimo facial was fabulous. The therapist worked with my dry and damaged skin to renew moisture, and recommended an appropriate moisturizer for continued care, which I was able to purchase on site. I felt ready for a new day at the end of my day by the time I left.

Everyone was extremely nice and professional. Kara did a fantastic job on the eyelash extentions. I've never had the service before and she was very helpful and informing. During the service she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed.

Wonderful experience! I was able to call and make an appointment quickly and was treated very well on the phone. My previous appointment from another facility had been cancelled at the last mintue and Pias was able to get an appointment right away which was great! This was my first waxing experience also so of course I was nervous. She was great and she mad the entire time comfortable. I've already made an appointment to come back in 4 weeks!

I had an amazing experience. I have been waxed before and she did a much better job. I was impressed by the type of beverage I was offered when I got there, Sangaria, the overall look of the business, and most importantly, the service. She was friendly, quick, and very good. I would reccomend anyone going to Pia in the future. She was also very helpful in reccomending products.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Pia's. My esthetician is always a charming and professional esthetician and I love love love her. I was running late, as per usual, as she graciously escorted me to her area and provided the service. The young lady at the front desk, whose name escapes me, also went above and beyond with her service, expertise, and friendliness. I am so happy each time I leave Pia's. The employees are knowledgeable and kind, the retail product selection is diverse and high quality, and the atmosphere of the spa is exactly what I want in a day spa. It is by far one of my favorite places to spend time and I will continue to return over and over again. Thank You SO much! Also, a special thanks as recently my cat was hit by a driver - a hit and run - she survived with broken hips, tail, and is now in a body cast. This happened before I was to come in for a service. I called Pia's and explained the situation and not only was I given understanding and empathy, able to cancel well beyond the standard time necessary, but was given a courtesy call the next day to check up on my cat. THAT is outstanding client service. I don't know who called me but I would expect any individual under that roof to all be as caring and understanding so it does't matter so much who called - it's simply the ethics that Pia's operates under. Thank You SO much!

Emmy did a wonderful job with my facial. It was my first experience at Pia and she was very welcoming, thorough, and informative. I enjoyed my facial and the opportunity to discuss product options without pressure selling. I would be happy to have Emmy do my next facial at Pia.

Alexandra did a lovely job on my nails, almost a week later they are still perfect. The whole experience was very relaxing, I enjoyed the tea and the comfy chair almost as much as the pedicure itself!

I truly enjoyed my treatments at Pia's. The shop is clean and bright and the employee friendly and professional. I had some medical issues recently and was looking for some R&R. Kara gave me a microdermabrasion with a Euro facial and it was great!! She was gentle but skilled. It was so relaxing and my skin looks great. I will be back.

This was my 2nd visit to Pia and I was just as happy this time as the last w/my overall experience! I had waxing done for the first time and I'm glad to say I survived it! I had my pedicure completed by the same person as the first time (although I do not know her name) and she does a great job. Everyone was so friendly and did a great job. I will recommend Pia to all my friends and look forward to my next visit!

I just moved to town and I was really nervous about trying a new place. I saw both Beatriz for a Brazilian wax and Shae for a 45 min facial and they both did an outstanding job. I am pregnant and they were both VERY gentle, I am definitely going back!

Overall experience was fantastic! Location was comfortable, relaxing, and very clean! Pedicure was fantastic, staff took more than enough time to ensure that the experience was a good one, and the outcome from the pedicure was great as well.

I love having Bilianna shape and color my brows and color my lashes. Our primary home is in Georgia. We have an apartment here for business. My friends tease me about waiting until I am back here to have my spa services. We have plenty of luxury spas at home. Bilianna is always such a pleasure to visit. She always has a beautiful smile and is quite skillful in her services. My brows have never looked better. She is always eager to share information and offer other opportunities to me to experience more of what Pia has to offer. I actually used to go to the Pia in Tampa when I lived there. You are very, very fortunate to have such a lovely skilled person in your spa. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I have had a brazillian wax done many times at other spas and this
is the first time that I didn't experiece any pain at all. I am really pleased
with the results as well

Very nice experience overall. Has kept me coming back. The receptionist in the evening is delightful. Beatriz has done a wonderful job on myself and my daughters. I appreciate the late evening hours as I work a lot and not much time available. The polish change lasts almost a full week which is saying a lot since all the other places I've been- they only last maybe a day. Will keep coming!!!

I enjoyed my microdermabrasion experience immensely. It was so incredibly relaxing, and a wonderfully soothing environment. The staff was all very friendly, but especially Bilyana. She was very knowledgeable and helpful about my skin. I can't wait to come back for another appointment very soon.

I love coming to Pia's because I get a great experience every time. I have been a regular for years and no matter which staff member I have it is always a pleasant and relaxing time. This time I brought my friend Shannon for her 40th birthday and our other friend Melissa. We all got bikini waxes and facials and Shannon and Melissa got eyebrow and lip waxes as well. All three of us had an amazing time and couldn't stop talking about Pia's throughout the rest of our day.

Thank you again to Pia and everyone at the South Tampa location for making our visit a great one. We are already planning our next spa day at Pia's.

I had a wonderful relaxation massage with Shae. Her hands are very soft yet strong and I liked the massage cream she used. The pressure was perfect and I felt great afterwards.
