Walking into Pia from the busy street is like stepping into your own little fresh windowed green nest. Your senses are immediately soothed by ambient Brazilian music, the scent of an exotic candle and seemingly perfect air temperature. Marcela greets you warmly and invites you to have a seat.

Your eyes widen as you take in the vibrant energy of the interior decor and how it is complimented by the clean lines and colorful palette of perfectly placed products which stimulate you to wander amongst the plethora of shelves for just a moment. Marcela, ever the gracious host, hands you a glass of full-bodied wine or cool spring water, while you sneak a sideways glance at the numerous bowls of chocolate and sweets within your grasp. Maybe I'll have one, maybe I won't ...but it is all there for me if I would like it.

It sinks in further that you are someplace special, someplace that is all about you. You begin to sit all the way back into your chair. Your breathing slows and deepens, both shoulders drop as you begin to anticipate the next room you will enter. A big sound and slight rumble washes over Pia as the train passes by. A small grin creeps over your face, for you are safe here in the green nest of Pia. The sound of footsteps approaching, a larger grin blossoms... because it is your turn now.

Marcela and Bilyana, as always, are kind, talented, beautiful and professional members of the Pia team. Whether I am there having a facial, a massage, a eyebrow shaping or eyelash/ eyebrow coloring. I don't get to visit Pia as often as I would like to, but whenever I do, it feels almost as though I am coming over to a friend's house for some beauty help or relaxation and that in itself is such a nice experience to have on top of whatever service I am having...especially these days. Thank you for that.

Every time I have been to this location to get waxed, I have had a wonderful experience. The people are super nice & helpful. I enjoy the atmosphere, the house is very cute.

My Mother and I thoroughly enjoyed our pedicures yesterday! Alexandra worked with my Mom and Hoa worked with me. They were both wonderful. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable time and will be back!

I had a great manicure and pedicure! I am very pleased with my nails, and the nail tech did an excellent job. I love the colors that she helped me pick out. You really feel relaxed and pampered when you get your nails done here. This was very stress-free and you get to sit in a really comfy recliner when you get the pedicure. This is yet another great service that Pia offers. I will definitely get my nails done here again. Pia Day Spa is highly recommended for all of your beauty needs!

This was my first facial and it was AMAZING! Ana did a great job making me feel pampered and relaxed. She answered all of my questions and sent me home with Dermalogica samples (which I love!). Thanks for everything, can't wait to come back!

I am not sure her name but she was very good. Both girls that I have had do my nails have been very sweet and detailed. Please let them know that they have done great jobs.

I want to start out by saying that I had a great time at the spa. The receptionist made me feel very welcome and offered me something to drink. The overall look of the spa is very nice, the music the smell and the feel. Furthermore, Beatriz was wonderful! This was my first time doing the brazilian wax and she made me feel comfortable. she was very quick and did a great job. I'm very happy with the results. I'm definitely coming back again and again.

It was a very relaxing expirence. It was nice to be greeted right when i walked in the door. The service was great. The nail tech did an amazing job and the atmosphere was very relaxing as well. I really like how the service rooms are all closed off and serparated. It really helps add the the expirence. I will definaty come back in the future.

My experience was wonderful!!!!!!!!! I have never had such amazing manicure or pedicure! There are no words to describe the friendly service, or the treatment. I truly felt like a princess, which meant the world to me, because it was the night of my prom. Beatriz was such a sweetheart, she honestly seemed interested in what I was saying, not to mention that she gives the best massage I have ever had. Overall, I would give Pia a 15 out of 10. Thank you for making my prom night so special!!!!!!! I do not have the words to tell you how incredible everything was!

My experience at Pias' was very relaxing. I was made to feel very comfortable before my service and throughout my time there. I think everyone should try it at least once in a lifetime. I will be returning for more services in the near future.

My expeience was great! Ana was very knowledgable, and explained to me what she was doing. The dermabrasion and facial was fantastic. I would recommend this to anyone. As a matter of fact I will be purchasing a gift certificate for this especially for a good friend of mine.

The experience was definitely a great one! There was a little confusion about not being able to find/locate my appointment, but eventually figured out that it was my own fault that I had accidentially booked the apt @ the South Tampa location instead. Luckily, they were very accomodiating & were able to get me in. I had an eyebrow color & shaping done & was extremely pleased. Sadly to say, I didn't go in with very high expectations due to it being apparentively impossible to find someone who actually knows what they are doing. I was more than plesantly surprised on how wonderful they looked after my apt @ Pia! The technician was superb & I will most definitely recommend her to my friends & family! I will no longer be looking or going anywhere else! Thanks bunches!

This was my first time at Pia. The salon had a calm and welcoming atmosphere. The reception area and treatment room were clean and well stocked. Alexandra confirmed my request for waxing services, did the appropriate health history and explained the service. The service was thorough and quick without feeling rushed. Alexandra was pleasant and professional. Overall and outstanding experience and I will certainly return again.

From the moment I walked in the door it was a pleasant experience. I was greeted by name and with a smile by Marcela. When I went to the back room for my microderm appt. Bilyana worked her usual magic. She does an excellent job at making the client feel comfortable, relaxed and totally beautiful when they leave. She is a gem and worth every penny. Kudos to the w.p. I recently found Pia online after having a not so good experience at a local hair salon. They definetly were not experienced enough to perform their job professionally as your establishment does. Everyone is very polite and helpful. I will continue to drive the 45 minutes just to have a relaxing and satisfying experience at Pia. Thank you

The overall experience I had with my Valentine was extremely enjoyable. The staff were all very welcoming, personable and professional, and the massage services we received were of the highest quality. I will certainly visit again!

I stopped in on Valentine's day to pick up a gift certificate for my husband. The receptionist was quick, efficient, and very nice as always. She is always organized, helpful, and friendly. It was a quick, easy trip and I'm sure my husband will enjoy his massage in a few weeks!

We went for a Valentine's Day treat for a couples massage. As we walked in the entire place looked beautiful and smelled wonderful. The 2 employees who did our massages were extremely friendly and professional. This was my boyfriend's first massage and they really made him feel comfortable and enjoyable and now he is ready and willing to have another one. They really made our Valentine's Day special!

I went to Pia's on valentines day. It was wonderful. The staff was awesome and my estirician was great. I'm sorry I don't remember her name but she deserves kudos. She was friendly and did a great job. I loved the spa and valentines day treatment. I will be bac and bring friends!

Though getting a wax isn't the most enjoyable thing, I don't mind coming to PIA to have it done! This was my second experience at PIA and this time I added a manicure. Both very positive experiences and I will be back!

First time getting bikini wax in years and Sol was great. So nice and explained everything she was doing. And the results are great! Plus I didn't have to wait for the service, and I even enjoyed a cup of coffee on the way out! Thanks:)

My microdermabrasion was absolutely fantastic. Bilyana again made me feel very comfortable. Took the time to explain certain things to me on the skin care. She is a great technician and an asset to Pia's.

Bilyana is truly a wonderful person. She cares for each of her clients, and is dedicated to them during the services. She makes you feel very comfortable and at ease during the waxing. I highly recommend her to all my friends.

Sol did a great job with the upper lip wax. Quick and painless. Nayla also did a makeup consult with me to replace my glominerals powder that was poorly matched to my skin tone on a previous appt. and i am now very satisfied. thank you.

I had a wonderful relaxing massage. I really wish I could remember my Massage Therapist's name, but I am terrible with names on the first visit. She was great, and really focused the massage around my needs, to ensure a better result. She was great! :)

My experience at Pia is great. I have been to the South Tampa location two times and both times Ana has done an excellent job on my wax. I am always taken at my scheduled appointment time or before and all the staff that I have encountered are great.

I am so exited I found out about Pia!! I love getting my eyelashes tinted, and the place I was going before charged me $35, and they NEVER offered me wine there! I was so happy when I got a mini facial and my lashes done for an affordable price. It was the best spa experience I have ever had. I am telling everybody about Pia. Your employees, Natalia and Bilyana were both so friendly and sweet. I cant wait to come back, you guys are awesome.
