Nayla was awesome! I felt scared and insecure and all those silly annoying feelings. Nayla was very professional, kind and patient with me. She explained everything step by step. I was never surprised by any discomfort. She was also very personable, which was nice being as though she was dealing with my private area. I don't think I'd be able to go through with that pain again if it weren't for your wonderful, patient, professional and caring staff. I will recommend everyone I know to Pia's. “ I drove over an hour from the Sarasota area to the South Tampa location for a completely bare wax/thigh wax/underarm wax. I did this because I wasn't comfortable with word of mouth locally, but had read numerous glowing reviews about Pia. It was SO WORTH the drive! Nayla was awesome! Friendly and talkative yet professional; super-fast and efficient yet careful and thorough--the absolute PERFECT combination required for an ideal waxing of this nature. She's genuine and friendly, and I barely paid attention to the obvious discomfort that comes with such in-depth waxing because I was too busy talking and having what felt like a pleasant conversation with a friend. The methods used in the waxing were so much better than what I am used to, as well! This was not only quicker and less painful, but it felt smoother and cleaner. Altogether a wonderful experience and I will most definitely be returning, happily making the drive, for my next waxing. PS: I had been a little concerned about the lengthy drive home post-waxing due to expected discomfort but it was no problem! I didn't even feel anything aftewards. I am THRILLED with my experience at Pia and with Nayla and will recommend Pia to any woman without hesitation :)”
