“ Yesterday was absolutely blissful! Gosia did a wonderful job with my Eyebrow Shaping Wax and European Facial. I am embarrassed to say that I don t recall the name of the lovely woman who did my Manicure and Pedicure BAR, but she also did a fantastic job.
From the moment I walked in I was relaxed. The atmosphere was clean and bright, I was greeted warmly (by Marcella, I believe) and immediately asked if I wanted a beverage. Also noteworthy to me was that the spa had a nice, but not overpowering scent.
My treaments were done on time, professionally and beautifully. When my treatments were completed I prepared myself for what is generally the most unpleasant part of a spa experience... when I am pushed to purchase the products used during my stay. This did not happen I am thrilled to say (although I did take note of the products used for future reference). This non-pushiness will keep me coming back, and I will recommend Pia to everyone I know! Thank you!”
