my first visit will surely not be my last. After recommendations to go from friends, I took my first trip to Pia to get eyebrow shaping. Goshia and the receptionist were very kind. The place is adorable and smells amazing! Parking was pretty scarce, but well worth it. My eyebrows were done in under 10 minutes. Fastest ever! I ll probably come during a lunch break next time, and my eyebrows look great! Perfect shape for my face and immaculate. Totally recommend. Can t wait to try other services!

My experience at Pia was incredible. I had just had surgery on Tuesday, and was diagnosed with cancer the day before, and really needed to be relaxed.

By the end of the day, I had forgotten all of the worries and fears that have been looming around my head for the past week or so, and could finally just relax.

Thank you for creating such a soothing experience. I truly felt welcomed by Vanessa, and Beatriz was extemely thorough in doing my facial and manicure/pedicure. Desiree s expertise in my massage was especially appreciated, because I had obviously experienced a lot of tension lately. :)

Anyway, again, thank you. I needed exactly what Pia gave me. The next few months will be extremely hard, but I hope I can find a way to come back and find the relaxation I found yesterday.

My first experience at Pia s was courtesy of a gift certificate I received for Christmas. The experience from beginning to end was wonderful. Andrea on the phone helped me to find a time that worked in my schedule and was helpful in my deciding which facial was a good place to start. I came in and was quickly greeted by Gosia who did my facial. The room was perfect, the music great, the smells tantilizing and the facial - magnificent. The hour went very quickly and I was completely relaxed and inspired by the time it was over. When I was telling my sister what a great experience I had she said, you got all that from a facial?! My first impression of the place was, wow, how relaxing! It was a very cute place, with a real clean and relaxing atmosphere to it. The receptionist was very nice, along with the women who dyed my eyelashes. I was a bit worried about how they were going to pull off dying my eyelashes, especially when I am so afraid of anything getting remotely close to my eyes, but she was very gentle, and explained every step before acting upon it. The results were fabulous, and I haven t worn mascara since. Considering my eyelashes were so blonde you might as well have called them transparent, not wearing mascara everyday and still looking good [and healthy] is the best! Thank you Pia!

My first experience at Pia s was a very good one. I came in to have my eyelashes dyed, but because I was going to be without make-up the following week at the Optimum Health Institite, I decided to have a facial also.
While having my facial, we discussed having my eyebrows died also, but I was concerned that since I am a blonde, the color might look too dark or harsh on me. She convinced me that she could put the lightest color on and quickly take it back off and it wouild come out just right and match the color of my eyebrows.
Well, every morning that I got up and looked in the mirror at my face without make-up, I was so THANKFUL that she convinced me to color my brows, along with my eyelashes. I looked natural but complete for a woman of 57. All I had to do was curl my lashes and I was out the door, still feeling good about my appearance.
My facial was relaxing and done well and my skin felt and looked GREAT. I had many compliments from people I didn t even know the entire week.
Thank you for perfecting my complexion and for the natural dying of my eyelashes and eyebrows!
I will certainly be a repeat customer!

The first time I had a wonderful and relaxing experience feeling very pampered. The second time I had the expresso, which was very nice. With the remainder I bought a gift box with soap, butter cream and lotion. I LOVE it! It smells delightful (gardenia) and the soap and cream are very smoothing. I will definitely be returning if only to get gifts for other people! When I find the time, I will get another manicure and pedicure. The girls do a wonderful job!
