Great massage, good techniques, very focused on pain area(neck).
Awesomeness:
1. Neck stretching technique.
2. A hot wet rag to clean up lotion on back/neck after finished.
3. Hitting "pressure trigger points" to push out the toxins.
4. The amount of pressure was great, maybe a little harder next time.
Overall, I still feel amazing and more relaxed in my neck area.

This was my first time getting the Presto Facial. Amazing job! The facial was more extensive than many others I've gotten elsewhere for higher costs. My skin feels amazing as well! I will definitely be doing that again!

Great, as usual, with the facial and the tinting of my eyebrows and eyelashes. She is the best I've ever had at the tinting. She's also good about answering questions, providing options, and explaining the pros and cons of the various products.
I can't review the products here as I've just started to use one and haven't used the others yet.

everyone was extremely friendly. I love my eyebrow wax they did exactly what I wanted and shaped them better than anyone ever has before. my lash tint also looks darker and more beautiful than anywhere else I have gone to before. I will definitely be back! Oh and they had yummy tea and biscotti ;)

My esthetician is so awesome! She does my eyebrows perfectly every time. I wont go anywhere else. Same with my nail tech. She will give you a perfect mani and pedi every time. I really like the vinylux polish. It truly lasts!

I will start by saying that this was my first waxing experience other than eyebrows so I really didn't know exactly what to expect. I read some of the reviews about your spa and thought it would be a good first place to try.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that there was an opening that afternoon so I booked my appointment. Your reservationist was friendly and inquired as to whether or not I had previous experience with waxing which I explained that I had not had except for eyebrows. She asked me a couple of questions in order to make sure that I was (shall we say grown out enough) to be waxed then explained in general what to expect and what to wear in order to be most comfortable afterward. She was courteous and thorough and I was confident in booking the appointment.

I arrived a little early and was greeted kindly by staff. Offered something to drink and then waited for my esthetician. She was right on time, greeted me kindly as well and took me back to the service room where she explained the process and left while I got ready.

The actual waxing experience was not nearly as painful or embarrassing as I had expected. She made me very comfortable chatting all the while and making sure that I was okay throughout the entire process. She did a great job! Not only was the service not as painful as I had expected it was not at all embarrassing. The fact of the matter is that I am a woman of a certain age and the thought of a younger woman seeing such a private area was a little intimidating but she made me feel more of a contemporary rather than her mother.

I have already told a few of my closest friends about my experience and highly recommend your spa. I have my next appointment booked and plan to continue. My only regret is that I waited this long to make my first visit.

My esthetician was great! I was very nervous about my wax, but she did a great job of making me comfortable, explaining everything, answering any questions, and just being wonderful and friendly.

This was my first microderm and I was nervous but she made me feel very comfortable and explained the procedure to me. My skin felt amazing afterward, so soft and the next day, it was glowing. She informed me of the follow up care for my skin and used amazing products during the service. I will definitly be back for another!

Best wax had ever ! My skin is sooooo soft and for the first time my skin didnt turn into red . Nice and friendly

My Massage Therapist was wonderful! He asked, before starting the massage, if there were any areas I was having trouble with and was able to relieve the tension in those troubled areas. I will definitely be back to see him. As for my Nail Technician, she was also excellent! She made sure I was happy with the color and shape of my nails before moving forward. Most typical nail techs don't really care. Thank you to both for another great experience at Pia!!

I wanted you all to know that I LOVE my experience at Pia's...I have a home in CT as well as in FL and I have been up north for the past 2 months! Brrrr... I can't wait to get my perfect eyebrows when I return to FL at the end of December - I will be making an appointment with my esthetician as soon as I return!

My nail technician was wonderful! Very warm and friendly. She made my morning at Pia so relaxing. I was worried about my manicure lasting and she recommended the UV top coat. After 4 days, it still looks perfect! I would highly recommend Pia to anyone!

My massage therapist is an amazing masseuse. She makes the whole experience very relaxing. She applies the perfect amount of pressure so that you feel the muscles being worked but are never uncomfortable. My nail technician did a great job with my pedicure. The polish looks perfect and the massage was great.

I was shocked at what a professional pedicure I got at Pia Day Spa. It was absolutely the best, softest, most pleasant pedicure experience ever. I can't stress enough how gentle, easy and clean - it was truly a spa experience. So different from the line up of chairs at the low end nail salons. Like night and day. I would recommend Pia, and my nail tech. I don't think you could get a better pedicure anywhere. I always get nicked in pedicures and am afraid to get them because of it. My tech was miles ahead of anyone I have ever had. Highly recommend.
