This was my first time at the span. It was a little difficult to find....but once I was there I loved it! Upon walking in there was a sense of calm and it smelled wonderful. I went on a Tuesday,so it was a little bit slower and more laid back than a weekend. The staff was absolutely wonderful and very helpful. Kara did an amazing job and listened to my wishes and concerns. She also gave me some good advice to fix my very light colored eyebrows, which I can't wait to have them tinted darker.
