Facial Wax
One appointment. Every area of the face. No hair left behind.
The Full Face Wax at Pia Esthetics Day Spa in South Tampa is a comprehensive 30-minute service that removes unwanted hair from the entire face in a single visit. Forehead, sideburns, cheeks, chin, jawline, and neck are all included, along with eyebrow shaping, upper lip waxing, and nose waxing. Everything gets handled in one session, professionally and efficiently.
It is the right service for anyone dealing with coarse or hormonally driven facial hair who wants a lasting result rather than a daily routine.
What Is Included?
The Full Face Wax covers every area where unwanted facial hair commonly appears.
Forehead and hairline cleaning removes the fine or coarse hair that grows along the top of the face and can make the skin look dull or uneven in certain lighting.
Sideburns and cheeks are waxed cleanly, removing the hair that grows along the sides of the face and into the cheek area. This is one of the most noticeable areas when it comes to overall facial appearance, and a clean result here makes the entire face look more refined.
Chin, jawline, and neck waxing addresses the areas where hormonal hair growth tends to show up most prominently. For clients dealing with persistent or coarse hair in these zones, waxing provides a far cleaner and longer-lasting result than shaving or tweezing.
Eyebrow shaping is included, not just a cleanup. Your esthetician shapes the brows to complement your facial structure, waxing above, below, and between for a defined, intentional result.
Upper lip and nose waxing finishes the service, removing the fine or visible hair above the lip and inside the nostrils.
After the waxing is complete, your esthetician applies calming serums and moisturizer to the skin before you leave.
What to Expect
Your appointment runs about 30 minutes. Come in with a clean face and no makeup. Your esthetician works through each area systematically, moving efficiently from one zone to the next.
Some mild redness after a full face wax is completely normal. It typically fades within an hour or two. The skin may feel slightly sensitive for the rest of the day, which is expected given the number of areas that have been treated.
Most clients notice an immediate improvement in how even and bright their complexion looks once the hair is removed. Light reflects differently on hair-free skin, and the face often looks more radiant right after the appointment without any additional products.
Who Is This For?
The Full Face Wax is the right service if you:
- Deal with coarse, dark, or hormonally driven facial hair across multiple areas
- Are spending too much time managing facial hair with daily shaving or regular tweezing
- Want a single comprehensive appointment that handles every area at once
- Are preparing for a photoshoot, a wedding, or any occasion where you want smooth, camera-ready skin
- Want a complete solution rather than booking individual waxing services separately
Good to Know: Before and After
A few things help protect your skin and extend your results.
Skip retinol, AHAs, and active exfoliants for 48 hours before your appointment. These ingredients make the skin more sensitive and can cause more significant redness or irritation during a full face wax.
After your appointment, avoid touching your face and keep products simple and gentle for 24 hours. Use a gentle cleanser and a light moisturizer. Skip makeup for the rest of the day if you can, or use a clean, non-comedogenic formula if you need coverage.
Apply SPF before going outside. Freshly waxed skin is more vulnerable to UV damage and the full face is a large surface area to leave unprotected.
How Often Should You Come In?
Most clients schedule this service every four to six weeks depending on their hair growth cycle. Your esthetician can recommend the right interval based on how your hair grows and what you want to maintain between visits.
