Saturday, April 24th was my second visit to the spa, but my third time having a wax treatment done by Beatriz. Each occasion I have been tot he spa, I have been greeted professionally, and warmly welcomed, by Beatriz. I find her to be extremely thorough and meticulous in her service and appreciate the amount of conversation offered during what can be a very intimate situation! Her demeanor is professional from start to finish which makes the aforementioned situations much easier to experience.
I have visited a number of spas in order to receive a good Brazilian Bikini wax and I am beyond pleased with Beatriz's exceptional work. As I left my last visit, I scheduled my next appointment--something I have never done at past spas.
As an aside, I was pleasantly surprised when, upon my arrival to my first visit, the receptionist (I believe her name is Maria?), greeted me in a friendly, yet professional manner, and offered me a variety of beverages. That kind of service will keep me coming back to Pia, and also encourages me to spread the word to friends and family! Kudos to the Pia staff for their exceptional service.

She is an artist when it comes to eyelash extensions! Some time ago I had purchased Latisse. I mentioned it to Kara and she told me she had read that it can turn the iris brown. As I have blue eyes, I did not want to take the chance. Kara offered as an option the eyelash extensions. I am so glad she did. As I trust her work, I decided it was time for the extensions and am so glad I had them done. She told me what to expect prior to the service and she was right on target. Scheduling staff and therapist went out of their way to book a same day 90-minute appointment for me. Originally having no obvious time slots for that long available on the schedule, they called me back twice with viable solutions. I was pleased with service and the Massimo facial was fabulous. The therapist worked with my dry and damaged skin to renew moisture, and recommended an appropriate moisturizer for continued care, which I was able to purchase on site. I felt ready for a new day at the end of my day by the time I left.”
