I noticed Leticia had a wonderful friendly and confident voice over the phone. She was also able to multi-task without conveying any sense of being busy. the two things i really look for when getting a wax are cleanliness and friendliness. i can't quite remember the girl who did my wax, but she normally works at the west chase office but was in south tampa yesterday (08/02). she was very nice and talkative, instead of just doing the job to be done. it's nice to have some interaction :) also, i really appreciate when i see the tongue blades being thrown out after each use instead of double dipping. i hate when places advertise how clean their technique is and yet they double dip their sticks. it scares me a little. but, no double dipping here! :)

Nayla is amazing. About four weeks ago I had a hollywood wax. I have had bikini waxes from other salons in the past, but they were very painful and horrible experiences. While talking to Nayla during this hollywood wax, I was completely at ease. I love the results!!! Four weeks later I got a touch up hollywood wax and again it was a relaxing and perfect.
