During COVID, I switched to her permanently because: A) she is awesome; B) she is much closer to my house; C) she is talented; D) she is kind; E) she is conscientious, doesn't rush like so many other people, and she CARES about providing a quality service; and, F) she is safety-conscious. And, I will say it again, she is AWESOME. Also - I am really traditional with what I like for manicures and pedicures and she always accommodates my preferences and doesn't try to steer me towards things I don't like. My pedicure was done by a girl She did an amazing job cleaning around my toes, she shaped the nail EXACTLY how i like it. And her nail polish application skills were amazing accurate and without a mess. Usually I come home and file my nails to the shape I like, not that many techs could accomplish the form and shape of the toe nail bed I prefer. I wish Pia spa offered artificial manicure, since I savagely took gel nails off myself at home and ruined my nail-bed.
I also had a facial. At first I was very tense just like every time I get services provided by unknown to me esthetician, but I relax after I felt she knew what she was doing. She even stretched lightly my neck and shoulders, gave a light massage to my sore arms and massaged my head while I had a mask on. Overall it was a very relaxing experience and I will definitely come back.
