I have been waxing with Pia's for a few years now, and I would not get the same level of care and personalization elsewhere.

The front desk is always quick to answer calls when I would like to look for earlier openings for my service. Their text reminders are very helpful and not overbearing or annoying! I also love their payment system, as I get an email with my receipt so I never lose it.

The tech, specifically, is a wonderful technician. She is skilled in her craft, careful, clean, kind, and extremely personable.

Every time I book online, which is every time, I know I can find exactly what I need and the availabilities. I also know I'm going to have a fabulous experience starting before I step through the front door. Which happens to smell incredible at all times. The warm fall scent for the season was inviting and relaxing without being overpowering.

If you're not going to Pia's for your personal grooming and pampering needs, then you're doing yourself a disservice.
