“I was nervous to step out of my comfort zone and get waxed by anyone but Pia. Then I tried a different technician and she did amazing! Literally, one if the easiest people to talk to and she's excellent at what she does. Getting waxed seems like it can be an awkward experience but I've never felt awkward at Pia's.

From the moment I walked in the door, the ambience was welcoming and relaxing. The Receptionist was lovely as well . . . what a perfect way to start my day of pampering!
