I have been to some real beasts too that didn't know what they were doing and really hurt me, but Pia's was fantastic! The waxing didn't hurt hardly at all (it's still waxing, but it was very gentle), and the instruments and everything were very clean--the place feels professional and nice, not dingy or dirty at all. My sweet, gentle waxer (Nayla) was especially good and friendly--I like that she didn't take any phone calls during the appointment, which I've had others do (and then pull with one hand while on the phone). The pricing is very reasonable and overall I had a great experience. I will definitely go back to Pia's from now on. :)”
