My massage therapist did a great job! I am diabetic and have had problems with my feet lately with swelling. I also have had back pain for many years and about an hour after I left I have never felt so amazing. My feet were normal and not painful and my back felt like I was young again with no pain! The spa was very clean and so relaxing. Front desk was inviting and kind as well. Great smiles from everyone who was here. Very friendly and everyone goes out of their way to help you as much as you they. I will be returning very soon!

Leslie was great and made me feel very comfortable. Will definitely be going back!

Nicole was delightful and very accommodating concerning my sensitive skin. She made adjustments to the process to make certain I was comfortable. Very good first experience with Nicole.

As a business owner, I feel compelled to share my shock regarding the parking. It indicated a deeper problem. And as an owner, I would want to have this knowledge to make immediate changes.

I respectfully submit that reconsideration be made on this topic. Specifically, that the prime parking spaces should be available to customers, as this is a customer service business; the most undesirable parking spaces should be occupied by the staff.

Of greatest concern however was that two cars without handicapped placards were parked in the handicapped space. When I mentioned that two cars without the placards were parked in one handicapped space, the response from the front desk was that this space occupied by the front desk lady and her boss. I acknowledge it was raining. I responded by asking what happens when someone shows up with placards and needs the space? The response was that the ramp was still accessible. Having a wheelchair bound parent makes my awareness of the reliance on these spaces heightened, especially for ramps to come out of the car and elevate handicapped people to and from the ground. The consciousness of this statement made me so sad and indicated a corrosive compromised employee culture of "looking through the wrong end of the binoculars".

First wax ever today was a full Brazilian and my aestetician made me feel so comfortable. No pain at all.

I absolutely love having my brows tinted and waxed at Pia's. The entire team is warm and friendly. Pia listens to what you want, provides suggestions to improve your look, and she does a phenomenal job.

My experience at Pia is always amazing! My facials with my esthetician always make me feel so refreshed. I walk away from there feeling as if I can take on the week ahead!

Pia is amazing at eyebrow waxing and everything she does! I have been going to the spa for 10 years and have since moved. I drive 30 minutes each way for the past 6 years. I'm happy to for the amazing quality of services and knowing that I'm going to leave there feeling great!

The front desk was amazing! She was so sweet and asked me if I needed anything or would like a refreshment and it was great! Also, the service was amazing! My eyebrows are perfectly done and look fresh!

The staff is the reason I keep coming to Pia (1 hour drive from Sarasota). Professional and curteous to the core.

Had my brows shaped and dyed.... And they look amazing ! I have blonde hair, making my natural eyebrows blonde/brown mix. Dying them a med brown, fills my eyebrows and makes my green eyes pop! She works with me on the color too, making sure they are the exact color I want (not too dark). Oh, and she kills it on brow shaping. Highly recommend her!

The Pia staff always create a great and relaxing experience when I am there. I had been putting lots of pressure on my back lately and the Massage Therapist was able to work the kinks out. She is an excellent person and I would schedule any and all services with her. I look forward to my next visit to Pia.

Awesome! Super skilled and *fast* and her careful application left zero irritation, wax residue or oil. I've been getting hard waxed for 20 years and she's the kind of quality provider I'd expect to travel to Miami or LA for.

I always get amazing customer service at Pia in South Tampa. Everyone is so sincere and caring, you always feel welcomed there. I know I'm in good hands when Pia Spa is doing my wax. The location is always very clean and organized. Keep up the great work!

The woman at the front desk was so nice and i was so nervous and scared because this was my first time but after talking with Nicole she ensured me that I would be fine. She handled me with such great care! I definitely would recommend any and everyone to go there!

An amazing job today. She made me feel very at ease. She was very meticulous and was kind to do small wax sections in tender areas. I was surprised when we were done and I saw the clock how quickly she had done everything. Least painful wax I've ever had. She was wonderful. Receptionist was very sweet as well.
