I typically get ingrown hairs, and she took the time to tweeze/extract them. She was also very "quick" with the wax strips, so this was the least uncomfortable wax I've ever had. She was very kind and professional, and made me feel very comfortable, despite the fact that this was my first appointment with her, for this type of service. A+ for Sol!
I have to say though, I'm getting very frustrated with Pia spa, as a whole. I've been going to that location for under 2 years, and Sol is the 6th waxing technician I've seen....not because of personal preference, but because of an incredibly high turnover rate of your technicians. I understand that Sol is not leaving, but just moving to another location, so I'm going to consider just changing locations. But all of the other people I have gone to, all ended up leaving. I guess that's out of your control, to some extent, but it does make things inconvenient. I prefer to go to the same hairstylist, manicurist, aesthetician, waxer, etc. You get to know people, and they get to know your individual preferences. It's frustrating to have to start over every other month or so. You do need better retention. ”
